How to get a bikini body?

Film started it, the tube perfected it and the infomercials really nailed it. Now all male eyes are approving only the perfect body of a model and all women crave to achieve the same. Therefore, the main question here seems to be: How to get a bikini body?
To answer this question, there are several factors that we have to look at first. Just how much distortion is involved, from the person in the mirror to the wish in the head? Anything above ten pounds can be complicated, fifteen pounds is already overweight, twenty or twenty five pounds is a worry, more is simply obese. Besides that, did you ever in your life seriously compete in any kind of sport, and here I have to exclude golf, chess and similar grandpa sports, my apologies, golfing reader, even if it is called sport, it does not help you lose weight. To lose weight, you have to work up a sweat, have to get your heart going over the resting rate, have to tire yourself out, so that your knees start to buckle.
But joking aside, cardio training is something to think about and to save you a dollar I’d have to discourage you from buying all the possible gadgets and DVDs filled with beautiful people jumpingaround in sync with the music. Better catch a rerun of “Baywatch” somewhere, unless you really hop with these guys. Trust me the Boxercise routine will get you gasping for air in no time, unless you are a seriously trained individual.
For some unknown reason, these videos and instructions do not address the people who did no sports in the last few years. Anyone who got married, started a nine to five job and perhaps even had a child almost certainly neglected to exercise and has packed on some pounds, not to mention the pregnancy weight gain.
The trick is to acknowledge that the change will not happen overnight. You did not get that pouch overnight, in the mentioned scenario it took at least nine months, do not expect a four week miracle. The four week miracle is the plastic surgeon with the liposuction machine and the tummy tuck, the excessive bill and scars that will be visible, unless you cover them with a water resistant body make-up. All scars are visible, to a certain extent and if you are getting your bikini body plus the sun tan to go with it, then expect the scars to be visible, even with the best of surgeons.
So let me tell you how to get a bikini body. Diet and smart exercise, that’s the only way there is that you can achieve this goal. You need to stop eating in between meals, no sodas, diet or sugary, space your meals out, at least three hours need to pass between them and instead of sweets eat fruit. As exercise, do between a half hour and an hour of running, swimming, fast walking, bike riding anything that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat.
A healthy diet and a healthy, planned workout routine is the only sure fire way to achieve your dream. Don’t try to do it alone. Make sure you have a solid system in place for you to follow.
